TMW15QD turbine type air starter is a kind of energy conversing device, which adopts compressed air as its power source, changing air pressure energy into rotation mechanical energy, outputting torque and driving actuator to rotate. This series turbine air motor includes TMW15QD、TMW15QDBL、TMW15QDC and other products.
Features:
1. The driving parts adopts double impellers instead of vanes, fully utilizing air energy, with higher output power and higher efficiency;
2. Compact in size, light in weight, high rotation speed, high torque, capable to start with load;
3. Concise in structure, low maintenance, with no stickiness, swelling, wearing as vanes, free of lubrication oil and oil pollution harm to environment;
4. Stable under inflammable, explosive, outdoor, wet, damp and other extremely conditions;
5. Output gear wheel of this motor first pre-engages with gear ring of diesel engine and then works;
